STUDENT GUIDANCE

Here is a text that may help to guide students to prepare memorials and oral arguments. Here is another guide for students: http://www.esa.int/SPECIALS/ECSL/SEM4FBQ3K3E_0.html An article on how to prepare memorials was also published by the Journal on Space Law. The name of the article is Doyle S., Preparing Written Briefs for International Law Competitions: A Primer. Journal of Space Law, 2005, vol 2, p. 447-457 (in e-format p. 206-216). You may find the journal here: www.spacelaw.olemiss.edu/JSL/Back_issues/JSL%2031-2.pdf For Spanish speakers, there is a ‘Preparation Guide for the Lachs Competition’ prepared by the Mexican students, under supervision of their faculty advisors, that participated in the 2016 NA Regional. You can find it here.
